Hotfix 96241_ENU: OEAS 6.0: Publishing the OED fails silently when ASP script time-out is set too low
- The OED publish process in OES 6.0 takes longer than in previous versions, so if the ASP script time-out is set too low, the page that publishes OED times-out before it completes the publication process. The code in the ObjectDesigner\scripts\buttons.js that starts the publish process does not check to see if an error occurred on the ASP page that publishes the OED. Therefore, if the ASP script time-out is set low enough to halt the publish process, the failure is not reported, leading the user to assume that the publish has completed successfully.
Hotfix 96583_ENU: The Email Incident window incorrectly displays the primary customer ID
- When you click the Email Incident button on the Incident window, the customer's secondary ID should be displayed in the email window, but the primary ID is displayed instead.
Hotfix 96453_ENU: OEP 6.0: The Company link on the incidents tab does not work properly within Task Manager
- When you click the Company link on an Incident tab within Task Manager, the company record should load into the PowerPage. Instead, nothing happens.
Hotfix 96759_ENU: OEP 6.0: Tool-bars in incidents windows display incorrect icons and ToolTips
- When an OEP user navigates to an incident page, that page?s toolbar icons and ToolTips are cached in such a way that the icons and ToolTips are used by all other incident pages, even for incident pages of a different category. For example, if a user opens a Sales incident and then opens a Service incident, the Service incident displays the same toolbar icons and ToolTips as those that appeared in the Sales incident.
This problem occurs only in Production Mode, and only if you have used UCW to modify toolbar icons or ToolTips for multiple incident categories
Hotfix 96273_ENU: OEP 5.5: The wrong email address is displayed in the To... field
- When you create a new email for an incident whose owner has no email address, the email address from a customer whose record is currently open on the Power Page is inserted into the To... field instead.
Hotfix 96761_ENU: OEP 5.0 and OEP 5.0 SP1: The wrong email address is displayed in the To... field
- When you create a new email for an incident whose owner has no email address, the email address from a customer whose record is currently open on the Power Page is inserted into the To... field instead.
Hotfix 96641_ENU: OEP 5.5 - Using Task Manager's Batch Update window may generate a script error
- When using the Task Manager Batch Update feature to modify the Type field for a group of incident records, a script error may occur. The script error occurs if the domain data used by the Batch Update feature contains special keyboard characters such as angle brackets, ampersands, quotation marks, and so on.
