The latest Patches and hotfixes can be easily viewed and downloaded from the Onxy website. Montera's CRM consultants are also available to assist you with any updates you require.

The most recent update descriptions are:

OEAS 5.0 and 5.5 Hotfix 96114: Corrects several problems related Email Monitoring Subsystem (EMS)
  • OEAS 5.0 and 5.5: OPS cannot retrieve the NN4.78 emails when encoded file names extend over two lines.
  • OEAS 5.0 and 5.5: Text files sent by NN 4.78 are not saved to OEDB.
  • OEAS 5.0 and 5.5: OPS cannot retrieve certain emails when created by Netscape Messenger.
  • OEAS 5.0 and 5.5: The subject line of emails processed by the Email Monitoring Subsystem (EMS) may be truncated under certain conditions.
  • >OEAS 5.0 and 5.5: Recipient headers (To, From, Cc) may cause email processing to fail.
  • OEAS 5.0 and 5.5: Email subject or message body truncated.
OEP 5.0 and 5.0 SP1: A script error occurs when manipulating masked UDFs on the Task page after installing Microsoft November 2006 security patches
  • The masked edit control (which is used for UDFs for which a mask has been defined) sometimes does not display the IME correctly. To work around this, the Onyx Employee Portal UI executes a small JavaScript function whenever the focus is set to a masked edit control; this function sets the focus to a normal text control on the page (correctly initializing the IME), then immediately sets it back to the masked edit control. On the Task page, the text control used by this workaround code is normally hidden, which did not matter to the IME workaround. However, the November security patches cause Internet Explorer to generate a script error whenever a script attempts to set the focus to a hidden control. This prevents the workaround from functioning on the Task page.

OEP 6.0 Hotfix 95759_ENU: Recurring appointments are not displayed in OEP
  • The processing and display of recurring appointments was not included in the GA release of OEP 6.0 due to local timezone issues. The recurring appointment processing in the server side code was removed due to issues where the conversion of date times from UTC to local times zones caused recurring appointments to be displayed incorrectly in the OEP calendar control.
OEAS 5.0,5.5,6.0 Hotfix 96153: Editing a script that was already completed may cause the final step in the script to be duplicated
This problem will occur after the actions below are completed:
  • A script session is run to completion.
  • The script session is reopened, and something on one of the script steps is updated. The user selects "Resume at End" when they save their changes.
  • The script session is closed without using the "Finish" button, which causes the script session to be suspended.
  • The script session is reopened.
OEP 5.0 and 5.0 SP1 Hotfix 96152_ENU: Corrects three problems related to incident feature
  • OEP 5.0 and 5.0 SP1: OEP freezes saving an incident installing MS06-061 and MS06-057.
  • OEP 5.0 and 5.0 SP1: Unable to save Incident records after canceling the "Save & Close" action.
  • OEP 5.0 and 5.0 SP1: Time Adjustment box on Incident form does not allow negative number.
OEP 5.0 SP1 Hotfix 96152_JPN: OEP freezes saving an incident installing MS06-061 and MS06- 057
  • After installing the October 2006 Security Updates MS06-061 and MS06-057 from Microsoft, OEP may encounter screen freezes in the incident feature or other feature areas used after Incidents. This issue does not reproduce all the times in the different incident types.
