Montera Corporation Announces Management Changes Ottawa, November 19, 2001 - Jim Bursey, President & CEO of Montera Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice to Montera's existing Transition Management focus. Chuck Emond has agreed to become a co-founder of Montera, leveraging his outstanding CRM experience of the past two years with Proximi-T, a Canadian consulting firm headquartered in Montreal. Chuck officially began with Montera on November 1. "Chuck has demonstrated his credibility in the industry in many significant ways", said Bursey. "He has been personally involved in more than ten CRM implementations and numerous non-technical consulting engagements involving CRM. In addition, he is a Charter Director of the Canadian CRM Association, recently receiving a distinguished achievement award." "I am thrilled to be joining Montera at such an early stage", said Emond. "The combination of Transition Management and Customer Relationship Management is trend-setting and offers exciting opportunities". Transition Management is different from Change Management in that it focuses on the impact of change on people.
