Montera Corporation Announces Transition Management Qualification

Ottawa, November 12, 2001 - Montera Corporation, the Transition Management and Customer Relationship Management experts, today announced that Jim Bursey has successfully qualified to facilitate the Transition Management series of workshops developed by William Bridges and Associates. "Many companies struggling with the implementation of change overlook the transition process - starting with where the people are and giving them the tools to deal with the impact of the change", said Jim Bursey, President & CEO of Montera Corporation. "Our search for a recognized program that deals with this reality was over the minute we came across the William Bridges and Associates curriculum. They have taken the concept of change management to another level with the focus on transition."

Montera has provided Transition Management services to a number of companies over the past year. It will add the delivery of "Individual Transition in Organizations" and "Managing Organizational Transition" workshops to the existing Transition Management consulting practice.
