Montera Deepens
Its CRM Delivery Capabilities

- Montera Corporation a leading provider of IT Out-Tasking Services and CRM service,
today announced the successful Onyx certification of four (4) of their Professional Consultants.
Montera has deepened its Onyx CRM consulting team by significantly expanding its Onyx certified
delivery capabilities. Montera’s delivery team has been responsible for a number of CRM
implementations in the Telecom, Software, Consumer, Not for profit and Financial sectors since
its creation in 2001. Montera has also been extending and integrating Onyx with external financial
systems, GIS systems, e-mail handling and marketing systems.
