Montera Successfully Rolls-Out Sales Force Automation to Quebecor World Inc.

North America Rollout Without A Glitch...

 

Ottawa, February 20, 2007 - Montera Corporation, a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management services, today announced the successful implementation of the Onyx CRM System for North America at Quebecor World Inc. (QWI), a global leader in providing innovative and superior-value printed products and services. Montera was responsible to help guide QWI’s Management in implementing Sales Processes and configuring the CRM tool.

The system provides QWI with Sales Opportunity Management, Pipeline Management, Quote Management and Executive Sales Reporting.
