Montera Successfully Rolls-Out Sales Force Automation to Quebecor World Inc. North America Rollout Without A Glitch...
Ottawa, February 20, 2007 - Montera Corporation, a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management services, today announced the successful implementation of the Onyx CRM System for North America at Quebecor World Inc. (QWI), a global leader in providing innovative and superior-value printed products and services. Montera was responsible to help guide QWI’s Management in implementing Sales Processes and configuring the CRM tool.
