Bob Cyr - Vice President, Enterprise Solutions
Bob Cyr is an experienced professional with 26 years in the technology sector primarily
in service delivery, outsourcing, and sales capacities. He has held management responsibilities
for the past 17 years in organizations such as SHL Systemhouse, JetForm, Nortel
Networks, and Hewlett-Packard.
Bob’s experience in selling and implementing enterprise-level solutions in North
America, Europe and Asia has sharpened his ability to understand business cultures
and analyse the needs before matching them to the appropriate process, people, and
technology. Bob’s first CRM
experience was as a business sponsor and change agent for implementing
CRM within the customer service organisation at JetForm. Subsequently,
he was also responsible for the global deployment and adoption of
CRM by JetForm’s sales force enablling a consultancy-led approach
to selling based on the Solution Selling methodology. Since that time, Bob’s success
in designing customer solutions is attributed to these experience s and his personal
adoption of these best practices.
Bob’s analytical abilities and business acumen are valued by customers looking to

service. He is an expert at designing and implementing business process and technology
