Charles (Chuck) Emond - Executive Vice President
Chuck Emond has 20 years of experience in technology with 15 years of management responsibility in three different professional services companies. Mr. Emond is also a part-time Professor at the School of Management at the University of Ottawa teaching a Customer Relationship Management Marketing course at the MBA level. Mr. Emond has more than eight years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing CRM business strategy and CRM Technology for Clients in the sectors of Manufacturing, High Technology, Consumer Goods, Telecommunication, Public Sector and Non-for-Profit Sector.
Chuck's role at Montera Corporation is providing leadership to the CRM practice and complementing Montera's Business intelligence offering. He has personally overseen more than a dozen different CRM business implementations!
Mr. Emond has a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from the Université de Moncton.
He is a member of the Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS), Fédération Informatique du Québec (FIQ) and a founding member of CRMA Canada.
