Job Description:
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a young and dynamic company providing application
management services directly to customers on a world wide basis. You are passionate about
technology and understand getting the job done within a supportive, teamed environment. You will
leverage your technology experience to diagnose and resolve application issues in real time, use
your technology skills to design, code and test solutions for software faults and application
enhancements, and participate in business/technology analysis targeted at improving the productivity
of customers using the applications.
Responsibilities:
- Capture customer application issues
- Own resolution of the issue on behalf of the customer, interfacing with other team members and
the customers IT organization as necessary
- Diagnose application code issues, design and develop solutions
- Conduct technology and business process improvement analysis
- Liaise with customers IT organizations to move developed solutions through QC and implementation phases
- Shift work is a requirement of the position
Experience/Skills
- You are currently enrolled in either a computer science or software engineering program
- You have exposure to developing IT solutions, including experience with solutions that leverage the Internet
- You have excellent problem solving skills
- You have working knowledge of MS SQL, Visual Basic, and internet technologies
