CDA has been a customer of Onyx for more than 6 years. CDA needed expertise to extend their CRM to Canadians affected by Diabetes through the internet. Montera was key in the implementation of CDA's Customer Portal that allows Fund Development and on-going membership management.

Cognos has been one of Montera's best customers. Montera has been providing Application Management services to Cognos for the past 3 years. From End-User support and IT/IS support to application customizations and application upgrade services. These services have been provided on a 24X7 basis for Cognos end-users around the world.
Corel Corporation - Corel is a leading global packaged software company with an estimated installed base of over 20 million users.
Corel Corporation needed Strategic CRM consulting to perform an audit of their use of technology to better manage their customer base. Mr. Emond was hired to perform a CRM review that assessed Corel's B2B, B2C and B2P2B business models. Following the review, Corel hired Montera to perform Onyx custom requirements. Corel has been an Onyx customer for more than 10 years and is one of the companies with largest customer base using Onyx.
Loto Québec - Responsible for the management and exploitation of Lottery and Gaming products within the Province of Quebec.

This is achieved by combining onyx CRM technology with Cognos Business Intelligence performance management reporting.
